Local wines and gastronomy. The ‘Art Food and Wine’ tour allows us to taste some of the city’s wines and gastronomic products. A cultural tour to discover the city and its monuments. The tour lasts approximately three hours. We will visit the “osterie”, small shops selling high quality products, where the people of Verona used to shop and still do today.
Our tour includes a tasting of Custoza, Soave or Lugana white wine in one of Verona’s Osterie, located in the heart of the historic centre, where the people of Verona meet every day to discuss the latest news over a glass of wine, accompanied by bruschetta or Veronese salami.
We will visit one of the local markets and stop to taste different types of cheese, such as ‘Monte Veronese’. We will also have the opportunity to see how ravioli and other fresh pasta are made.
We will also taste Valpolicella red wine, Bardolino, Veronese salami and extra virgin olive oil from Lake Garda. There will also be a tasting of sweets and espresso. This visit, full of flavours and aromas, will also allow us to discover the artistic treasures of the city. Book now!
